Processing
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier conditions, and delivery requirements. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Due to the size and weight of simulator systems, a complete physical delivery address is required. Delivery to PO boxes is not available.

Return Policy
Eligible returns may be requested within **30 days of delivery**.
Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
**Return Authorization**
All returns require prior authorization from Simulator Vault. Contact us before shipping your product back to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
**Restocking Fee**
A **15% restocking fee may apply** to returned products. Used or damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
**Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items**
Please inspect your simulator upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, contact Simulator Vault within **7 days of delivery** so we can assist with the appropriate replacement or repair.
**Exchanges**
Eligible exchanges may be requested within the applicable return window. Customers are responsible for any price difference and applicable shipping costs.
**Refunds**
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within **5–10 business days** to the original payment method.
Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
