Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim requirements.

Return Policy
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be in like-new, undamaged condition and include the original packaging, accessories, and included components.
All returns require prior authorization from Simulator Vault. Manufacturer approval may also be required before a return can be accepted.
**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
**Restocking Fee**
Eligible returns are subject to a **20% restocking fee**.
**Order Cancellations**
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be canceled without the applicable 3% merchant processing fee.
If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the applicable 3% merchant processing fee. Once shipped, the order is also subject to the applicable return requirements and restocking fee.
**Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items**

**Refunds**
