Due to the size and specialized nature of this simulator, delivery may require freight coordination. Simulator Vault will contact you if additional delivery or site-access information is required before shipment.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect configuration selection, or other non-defective-product reasons after the order has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an apparent product issue, please contact Simulator Vault at support@simulatorvault.com promptly after delivery. Keep all original packaging and provide photographs or other documentation requested so we can assist with the issue.
