The RealSimGear G1000 Package is a realistic, self-contained flight simulation system designed for home use with a variety of single-engine, complex, high-performance G1000-equipped aircraft, including Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Mooney, and more.
The system arrives ready to fly, complete with a high-end flight simulation PC and high-resolution 49" curved display, bringing the major components of your simulator together in one complete package.
Clean, Modular & Easy to Set Up
The modular panel system integrates its cables and connections into a streamlined design requiring just a single power connection and USB 3 connection to the PC. No cumbersome clamps or mounts are required, making the system easy to set up and portable when needed.

Important Compatibility: This system requires a PC and is not compatible with Mac due to MacOS driver and screen-handling limitations.

RealSimGear does not declare or guarantee that simulated aircraft models or avionics will perfectly mirror those found in the real aircraft.

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim requirements vary by the applicable component and are governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Processing
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability and selected configuration.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier conditions. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Due to the size and weight of simulator systems, a complete physical delivery address is required. Delivery to PO boxes is not available.

Return Policy
Eligible returns may be requested within **30 days of receiving your order**.
Returned products must be **100% complete and in resalable condition**, including all original packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards, and other materials originally provided.
**Return Authorization**
All returns require prior authorization from Simulator Vault. An RMA must be issued before your product is shipped back.
Once issued, the RMA is valid for **15 days** and applies only to the specific product and return for which it was authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for prepaid return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using an insured shipping service with proof of delivery. C.O.D. return shipments are not accepted.
**Restocking Fee**
A **15% restocking fee** applies to returns for refund.
Returns that are incomplete or contain damaged or missing components may be refused or subject to additional charges.
**Service Returns**
If a product is returned for service and no defective components are found, a **$75 diagnostic fee**, plus applicable return shipping and handling costs, may apply.
**Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items**
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Simulator Vault promptly so we can assist with the appropriate resolution.
**Non-Returnable Items**
Custom products, special orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
**Refunds**
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within **10 business days**, less the applicable 15% restocking fee and any other applicable and disclosed charges.
Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
