Return Policy
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in like-new, undamaged condition and include all original product packaging and accessories.
All returns require prior authorization from Simulator Vault and manufacturer approval before being returned.
**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
**Restocking Fee**
Eligible returns are subject to a **20% restocking fee**.
**Order Cancellations**
Orders should be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.
If an order has already left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as the applicable 3% merchant processing fee.
If an order is canceled after shipment, it will be treated as a regular return and will be subject to the applicable return shipping costs and restocking fee.
**Refunds**
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable and disclosed return shipping, restocking, or processing fees.
