Return policy
Return Policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, except for electronic products, which have a 14-day return period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Contact Simulator Vault at support@simulatorvault.com or (213) 224-9868 to request a return.

Do not ship a product back before receiving return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without following the authorized return procedure may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved returns must be securely packaged so that the equipment arrives in its original, undamaged condition. Damage, scratches, scuffs, or other deterioration caused by improper return packaging or handling may affect refund eligibility or the amount refunded.

Customers remain responsible for returned equipment until it is physically received and inspected.

Return shipments must be sent using UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, or Canada Post and must include Signature Required service. Returns sent using a non-approved carrier or without Signature Required service may be refused.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all open-box returns.

Discounted Items

Products purchased at a discount are non-refundable once the box has been opened. To qualify for a return, a discounted product must remain sealed. An opened discounted item that is returned may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Custom & Special-Order Products

Custom products, including special orders and personalized items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@simulatorvault.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and assist with the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the original eligible product must first be returned and accepted. A separate order can then be placed for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
