Simulator Vault is operated by Muffins Pumpkin LLC, d/b/a Simulator Vault (“Simulator Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service apply to your use of simulatorvault.com and to purchases made through the website.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
ELIGIBILITY
By using the website or purchasing from Simulator Vault, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the website or purchasing on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
ACCOUNTS

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Products offered through Simulator Vault are subject to availability.
Simulator Vault offers products from multiple manufacturers and suppliers. Inventory, configurations, specifications, availability, and manufacturer lead times may change.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product offerings at any time before an order is accepted.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you regarding available options.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, compatibility information, photographs, pricing, and other product information.
Manufacturers may occasionally update products, specifications, packaging, software, firmware, accessories, or components.
Minor variations may therefore occur.
If a particular measurement, feature, specification, compatibility requirement, or component is essential to your purchase, please contact Simulator Vault before ordering so we can help confirm the available information for that product.
PRICING
All prices displayed on Simulator Vault are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed and confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious typographical, technical, or pricing errors.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be displayed or communicated where required before your order is finalized.
Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers may be changed or discontinued before an order is placed.
PAYMENT
Simulator Vault accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure authorized payment processors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payment authorization may be required before an order is accepted or processed.
For certain commercial, bulk, custom, or special-order purchases, Simulator Vault may provide separate written quotations, deposits, invoices, or payment terms. Any such written terms will apply to that specific transaction.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Simulator Vault may refuse, cancel, or place an order on hold for reasons including:
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Shipping restrictions
• Manufacturer or supplier availability
• Errors affecting the order or checkout process
If Simulator Vault cancels an order after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Simulator Vault currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Optional services such as expedited shipping, inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, installation, or white-glove service are not included with free standard shipping unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping methods, delivery areas, estimated delivery times, freight requirements, and other shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery and lead-time estimates are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Delivery timing may be affected by inventory, manufacturer lead times, freight schedules, weather, carrier delays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Certain simulator systems and oversized products may ship by freight or in multiple shipments.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING DAMAGE
Ownership and risk of loss transfer in accordance with applicable law and the applicable delivery terms.
If an order is lost, damaged, or appears to have been damaged during transportation, please contact Simulator Vault promptly so we can assist with the appropriate carrier, manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment claim process.
For freight deliveries, customers should inspect the shipment and packaging for visible damage whenever reasonably possible at delivery.
Visible damage should be photographed and noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt or Bill of Lading when possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Simulator Vault Return & Refund Policy.
Because Simulator Vault offers products from multiple manufacturers and suppliers, return eligibility, return windows, restocking fees, cancellation terms, freight deductions, return shipping responsibility, and other return conditions may vary by product.
Product-specific return conditions disclosed on the applicable product page apply to that product.
Customers should review the applicable product-specific return terms and our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Simulator systems may require specific computers, operating systems, graphics hardware, gaming consoles, displays, software, internet connections, electrical requirements, room dimensions, accessories, or other equipment.
Customers should review the specifications and requirements shown on the applicable product page.
If you are unsure whether a simulator or component will work with your existing equipment, software, room, or intended setup, please contact Simulator Vault before ordering.
We are happy to assist with compatibility questions. However, compatibility may also depend on third-party hardware, software, firmware, operating-system updates, or configurations outside Simulator Vault’s control.
INSTALLATION AND SETUP
Some simulator products may require assembly, installation, mounting, calibration, software configuration, electrical work, internet access, or other setup.
Installation requirements or recommendations may be included on the applicable product page or provided with the product.
Professional or white-glove installation may be available for certain products or locations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, installation services are separate from the purchase price of the simulator equipment.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the intended installation location is suitable for the purchased equipment, including:
• Room dimensions
• Ceiling height
• Floor conditions
• Power availability
• Internet connectivity
• Ventilation
• Required clearances
• Any other applicable installation requirements
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Where offered, products may be covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, procedures, and available remedies vary by manufacturer and product.
Where available, warranty information may be displayed on the applicable product page or supplied with the product.
If you experience a warranty-related issue with a product purchased from Simulator Vault, contact us and we will help direct you through the appropriate support or warranty process.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace, reduce, or modify an express manufacturer warranty provided with a product.
THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AND SERVICES
Certain simulator systems may require or support third-party software, applications, subscriptions, operating systems, online accounts, firmware, or other services.
Simulator Vault does not control changes made by third-party software or service providers, including changes to:
• Software compatibility
• Subscription pricing
• Licensing requirements
• Service availability
• Operating-system support
• Firmware requirements
Customers should review the applicable software or service requirements before purchase where relevant.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content created or owned by Simulator Vault, including website text, graphics, logos, design elements, photographs, videos, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Manufacturer trademarks, product names, logos, images, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the Simulator Vault website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or misuse Simulator Vault proprietary content without prior written permission except where permitted by law.
USER CONTENT

INDEMNIFICATION
